Greetings #Slotters and welcome to part 1 of a series of articles leading up to #Onetecday 22nd May, where the jewel of the Northeast #Onetecamusements will be opening their amazing new #Casinolounge. You’ll be able to get a full live tour by our very own #Hairyslotters if you can’t get there yourselves, but Onetec’s will be the only place you’ll want to be to celebrate the end of lockdown 2.
In the beginning there was Midas Amusements. Onetec, one of our very own Hairy Slotters, took over a fairly typical arcade.
A quick look around and the potential was seen.
Amongst the green checked tables cloth and the classic “Change” booth, there was a space that the Onetec crew could make their own.
Did you ever go to #Midas amusements? What are your first memories of your first visit to Onetec’s? What are you looking forward to seeing from the refit? Leave your comments below.

Been to onetecs once..cant wait to get back..put sum faces to names n meet new friends
I was a regular of midas, it was a good little arcade but it lacked enthusiasm, any machines that were faulty were smashed up and put in skips..
When onetec come, he immediately renovated and made the place more up to date (I helped with the refit).. From there it went from strength to strength and new machines, classics all started to come in.
This arcade has people from all over uk coming to play these classics, meet onetec himself and enjoy the atmosphere..
All the best onetec, from a loyal customer bri
